Weekend Morning Meteorologist
Develops accurate forecasts and computer graphics prior to each newscast. Presents live weathercasts in a manner viewers can understand and relate. Provides daily weather updates for radio partners (English and Spanish language radio). Updates forecasts for station website and communicates forecast information with viewers via social media. Covers severe weather situations through live cut-ins and by assisting Chief Meteorologist during those events. Fill in for Chief and Morning Meteorologists.
“Que Pasa, KC” Host and Reporter
Responsible for enterprising and turning stories for Que Pasa, KC, an award winning weekly news magazine and community affairs program. Helps with show production by writing scripts and setting up weekly guests. Promotes show through community appearances. Maintains good relationships with community leaders to develop stories that are important to Kansas City’s Hispanic community.

Weekend Weather Anchor/GA Reporter/Spanishcast Producer and Anchor
Prepared weather graphics for three weekend newscasts. Primary fill-in for Chief Meteorologist. Covered severe weather outbreaks through live cut-ins and assisted Chief Meteorologist during those events.
Developed and turned stories three to five times per week and delivered stories via live remote. Duties included shooting, writing, and editing. Uploaded content to website when necessary.
Produced and anchored the first and only Spanish five-minute newscasts in the market. Spanish updates included top news stories and weather forecast. Developed the Spanish-cast concept and promoted the idea throughout the community.
